Educational Qualifications
- Degree in Computing or Information Science, or Postgraduate Diploma in Computer or Information Science
2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có
Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Hiểu rõ kiến trúc hạ tầng: server (x86, IBM Power), Sansitch, storage (SAN, SSD, HDD, all-flash), ảo hóa (VMware, PowerVM), backup (Dell NetWorker, Data Domain).
- Kiến thức về thiết kế DC–DR, replication, RTO/RPO, HA/Cluster.
- Nắm vững nguyên tắc capacity planning, tối ưu hiệu suất và tài nguyên hệ thống
- Am hiểu về capacity planning: thu thập dữ liệu, phân tích hiệu suất, dự báo tăng trưởng tài nguyên.
- Có khả năng xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật: thiết kế tổng thể (HLD), chi tiết (LLD), hồ sơ kỹ thuật/
- Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture: servers (x86, IBM Power), Sansitch, storage (SAN, SSD, HDD, all-flash), virtualization (VMware, PowerVM), and backup (Dell NetWorker, Data Domain).
- Knowledge of DC–DR design, replication, RTO/RPO, and HA/Clustering.
- Proficient in capacity planning principles, system performance optimization, and resource efficiency.
- Well-versed in data collection, performance analysis, and forecasting of resource growth.
- Capable of developing technical documentation: high-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD), and technical specifications.
3. Các kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience
- Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống hạ tầng CNTT lớn (server, storage, virtualization, backup).
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế, triển khai và vận hành hệ thống DC–DR.
- Từng tham gia các dự án hạ tầng CNTT, từ khâu tư vấn giải pháp đến triển khai và nghiệm thu.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã làm việc trong các tổ chức tài chính/ngân hàng hoặc hệ thống yêu cầu độ sẵn sàng cao.
- Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ chuyên môn: VMware, Dell/IBM Storage, Backup, hoặc ITIL/TOGAF.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có hiểu biết về cloud (AWS, Local cloud)/
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with large-scale IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization, backup).
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operating DC–DR systems.
- Participation in IT infrastructure projects from solution consulting to implementation and acceptance testing.
- Preference for candidates with experience in financial institutions or environments with high availability requirements.
- Relevant certifications preferred: VMware, Dell/IBM Storage, Backup, or ITIL/TOGAF.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, local cloud).
