1.CONSULTING AND PLANNING:
- Consulting of technology & business process from CR & Project portfolio.
- Building the development plan for CR & Project portfolio from Backoffice business units.
- Making & maintain the relationship with all stakeholders from Backoffice business units.
2.REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS:
- Bridge the gap between business unit (BU) requirements and the to-be-developed system; collaborate with Enterprise Architects (EA) and vendors to design the target architecture for Backoffice systems, integration architecture, and data flow.
- Maintain the product backlog and organize sprints.
- Guide BUs in composing BRDs, defining business processes, and optimizing product logic.
- Work with selected vendors and Solution Architects (SA) to prepare FSDs/SRSs within the committed timeline.
- Consolidate business analysis and system documentation such as User Guides, Data Dictionaries, etc.
3.DEVELOPMENT
- Collaborate with BU and Operations teams to build system operation procedures and define SLAs.
- Support PDs, PMs, IT PMs, and SAs with project execution activities.
- Participate in assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.
4.MONITOR & EVALUATE
- Manage changes during BAU phase from initiation to implementation (act as mini-PM for change requests).
- Monitor and assess system readiness and adaptability to new or changing business requirements.

1. IMPROVE
- Research new banking products and processes, focusing on specific domains like Finance services, Risk Domain report, Collection, etc...
- Analyze and propose feasible solutions to meet business requirements, including effort estimation.
- Clarify business processes and rules; identify automation opportunities and make rules understandable for developers.
2. TRAIN & SUPPORT
- Provide consultation and support to end-users and BUs for issues or inquiries related to implemented business processes.
- Conduct internal training and prepare guidelines for team members on system capabilities and operations.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers or directors.

Educational Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field,

- Experience in IT/finance for 10 years, with a particular banking domain for at least 7 years
- Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain.
- Understand how to write a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes.
- Experience in using case tool for analyzing and modeling.
- Working in banking domain systems (such as Bank products CSP, Workflow SP, ICS, CSC, FMS_NVKQ, Jira, Confluence, SINNOVA-PM, etc...)
- Budget planning and management expertise for CR & Project portfolio from Backoffice division.
