Project Manager

• Manage and control the progress, quality, and cost of the whole project as per the agreed and approved plan, while also being responsible for managing the plan, resources, and budget to ensure the achievement of the project objectives.
• Train or guide project members to ensure uniformity in technology skills/soft skill
• Work closely with project team members to collect and write reports with project progress, tasks status, resources availability.
• Do project risk management for assigned projects
• Report/Do dispute management and proper escalation in domain of assigned projects
• Ensure compliance of IT activities in project to VPBANK regulation as well as other applicable regulation for assigned projects
• Manage changes to the project scope. Manage project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance to the bank's project management methodology
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers (BU), third parties, IT vendors
• Manage the communication within project; focusing on IT parts.

Trình độ đào tạo

•  Bachelor Degree (or above) in Banking,Legal, IT or Management
• Project Management certification is preferable

•  > 4 years of experience  in Project Management
• Experience in managing projects within the financial services or banking sector is preferred, especially those related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), DWH, or other big systems
• Good experience in managing people

• Proven experience in managing all aspects of a project from business cases, estimation, procurement, and budgeting.
• Good understanding in project management methodology: waterfall, agile.
• Previous experiences in banking especially for related back-office functions such as: AML, Compliance, T24, DWH.
