Job Description

  • Focal point of IT to receive from OPS division ‘s centers (CPC CA, CPC UW, TBO, OPS Risk, OEC, CSC…) and manage the change request delivery from beginning ( requirement to implementation) (mini PM for change request).
  • Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, which may across domain, such as Core banking, Digital banking, Card System, Workflow and Business Process, Collection, Data and Reporting, etc…
  • Consult, support end-users and suggest new optimized business processes required to fulfill business requirements.
  • Co-ordinate internal IT team (EA, IT Sec, IT Infra, IT SOs) to provide to BU end-end solution for their demands.
  • Document all Business processes, reports, dashboard, business rules which capture all business requirements in the BRD documents clearly.
  • Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner.
  • Study and understand the capability of VPBank's core systems, such as Core Banking T24, Card Management System Way4, Digital Banking Platform, etc…
  • Consult, support end-users, business units with incidents/requests regarding business processes which has been implemented.
  • Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/Team about the business processes which are critical within a business domain.

Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Department or Project Management (in project scope)

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.

  • Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 5 years.
  • Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain.
  • Understand how to write a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes.
  • Experience in using case tool for analyzing and modeling.
  • Working with particular systems in banking domain (such as Bank products workflow, Collateral Mgmt, Document management, etc...).
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • An in depth understanding of the software and application your customers/employees are using

3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, as well as effectiveness in matrix management and team building.
  • Works well with others in an integrated team environment.
  • Self-motivated, and a problem solver.
  • Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record.
  • Excellent management and team-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation.
  • Business application life cycle experience.
  • System development life cycle skills.
  • Working knowledge of applications being supported.
  • Working knowledge of platform and technologies supporting the business application.
  • Budget planning and management expertise
