- Stay informed on the latest developments and trends in Generative AI and relevant IT technologies.
- Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI to enhance banking operations, optimize business processes, and improve customer experience..
2. Business Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with business users, system analysts, and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and determine areas where Generative AI can bring improvements.
- Provide consultation and recommendations for optimized processes aligned with business objectives.
3.Solution Proposal and Use Case Design:
- Propose technology solutions and system enhancements to address business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Generative AI use cases and application scenarios.
- Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the bank’s technology strategy
4. Implementation Support:
- Collaborate with development and product teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support solution design, configuration, and integration into the AI Platform.
- Provide Level 3 functional support for complex incidents related to AI solutions.
- Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment into test, pilot, and production environments
5.Testing and Evaluation:
- Develop and review test plans for Generative AI features and integrated business functions.
- Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, and compliance with operational standards.
- Recommend adjustments to improve model response quality.
6. Documentation and Communication:
- Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement
- Documents (BRD), process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Communicate solution designs, implementation progress, and testing results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain updated records of business rules, reports, dashboards, and operational guidelines.

1. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
- Equivalent professional experience in system analysis and AI-related projects may be considered.
2. Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis or system analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- At least 1 years of experience working with AI or Generative AI projects, including defining use cases and collaborating with technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience in translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and end-to-end business processes (preferred).

- Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and business application life cycle.
- Awareness of IT architecture, security, compliance, and scalability considerations for AI-enabled systems.
- Knowledge of tools for process modeling, documentation, and requirement management.
