Job Description

1. Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay informed on the latest developments and trends in Generative AI and relevant IT technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI to enhance banking operations, optimize business processes, and improve customer experience..

2. Business Requirements Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business users, system analysts, and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and determine areas where Generative AI can bring improvements.
  • Provide consultation and recommendations for optimized processes aligned with business objectives.

3.Solution Proposal and Use Case Design:

  • Propose technology solutions and system enhancements to address business needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Generative AI use cases and application scenarios.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the bank’s technology strategy

4. Implementation Support:

  • Collaborate with development and product teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support solution design, configuration, and integration into the AI Platform.
  • Provide Level 3 functional support for complex incidents related to AI solutions.
  • Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment into test, pilot, and production environments

5.Testing and Evaluation:

  • Develop and review test plans for Generative AI features and integrated business functions.
  • Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Recommend adjustments to improve model response quality.

6. Documentation and Communication:

  • Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement
  • Documents (BRD), process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Communicate solution designs, implementation progress, and testing results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain updated records of business rules, reports, dashboards, and operational guidelines.

7.Other tasks as line manager’s assignment

  • Perform other assignments as directed by the line manager in alignment with the bank’s AI strategy and roadmap

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience in system analysis and AI-related projects may be considered.

2. Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis or system analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • At least 1 years of experience working with AI or Generative AI projects, including defining use cases and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Proven track record in defunctional collaboration.livering projects involving process optimization, technology adoption, and cross

3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and end-to-end business processes (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of business process analysis, requirement gathering techniques, and system design principles.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI model evaluation metrics.
  • Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and business application life cycle.
  • Awareness of IT architecture, security, compliance, and scalability considerations for AI-enabled systems.
  • Knowledge of tools for process modeling, documentation, and requirement management.

4. Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good facilitation skills for workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Ability to design clear and precise Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks/projects.
  • Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business units.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and changing business needs.

5. Other Skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
  • “Can-do” attitude with resilience in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team alignment.
  • English proficiency in reading and writing (mandatory), speaking and listening (preferred).
  • Commitment to self-development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and AI trends.
