Job Description

  • Develop KPI and see through its completion and enhance operational efficiency of BI Center
  • Work directly with CDO to give direction for managing and delivering BI products
  • Optimize insights generation capability and automate descriptive reporting processes.
  • Streamline focus on regular and ad-hoc reporting, reinforce delivery of diagnostic analyses.
  • Lead & drive the research on modern methods for BI products
  • Proactively analyze and utilize existing/new data sources to support more impactful analyses
  • Working with other centers/departments in EDA as well as Business Units to understand business problems so as to support them in better utilizing BI Products
  • Mentor, coach & train team members
  • Drive & ensure the efficiency of 4 BI Departments under BI Center with functions & duties as mentioned bellow:

Retail BI

  1. Receive and process information requests/reports from Retail banking division (RB)
  2. Design and implement reports/analysis of business situation RB.
  3. Track the use of products and services potential internal/external customers of RB.
  4. Calculate KPI and incentive salary for sales staff of RB.
  5. Calculate commissions for companies providing sales services for RB.

Corp BI

  1. Receive and process all requests for information/reports from Corporate Banking        Divisions including SME; CMB; CIB; Financial Markets Division; IIBS
  2. Design and implement reports/analyses by extracting and analyzing the business situation of the Corporate Banking Division and aggregating data.
  3. Track the use of products and services for all potential internal/external customers of the Corporate Banking Division.
  4. Calculate KPI and incentive salary for sales staff of Corporate banking division.
  5. Calculating commissions for companies providing sales services and partners in the business banking segment.

Support BI

  1. Receive requests for information/reports from other departments, divisions and units of the Support Divisions including: OPS, CM, IT, HR, LC, IA.
  2. Provide, develop and execute reports/analyses related to operational indicators.
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive automatic/analytical reporting system for Support  Units

Collection BI

  1. Receive and process requests for information/reports from LCC, RCC, Collection Council.
  2. Design and perform reports/analyses by extracting, analyzing and synthesizing debt collection activity data.
  3. Monitor performance indicators of debt collection activities, number of overdue days and debt collection amounts, coverage ratio, displacement ratio, debt balance, portfolio management.
  4. Calculate KPI and incentive salary for operational departments of LCC, RCC

Job Requirement

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or other Quantitative discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Data/Technology/BI management in the Banking/Financial Services industry (Products & Services)
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior management position
  • Data warehouse & Data management
  • Data Products (BI, AI/ML)
  • Business segmentation
  • Technology background & experience
  • Banking products & services
  • Data systems
  • Experience in interpreting data and translate them into actionable insights, not just data extraction and reporting
  • Understanding of and experience using analytical concept and statistical techniques, hypothesis development, analyzing complex data set and drawing conclusions
