Collaboration service operator will be responsible for managing main collaboration tools such as Office365, G-suite, email services, Jabber (instant messaging), and essential services like Network Time Protocol (NTP), DNS, Identity systems (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, open LDAP) which have a huge contribution to all IT systems including core banking, internet banking, ESB, etc.
Collaboration service operator also will play a vital role for taking care of services related to security and the others consisting of web proxy, endpoint management (SEP), configuration management system, cloud service (Azure), Root Certificate Authority which impact on most IT systems. Therefore, Collaboration service operator’s role is so essential to any organizations.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, related field or related work experience.
-MCSA certification preferable
-ACSP or ACTC certification preferable.
Expert knowledge of Windows Server and Mac OS X Server products.
Expert knowledge of Exchange and SMTP.
Expert knowledge of directory services, Active Directory and Open Directory.
Expert knowledge of Windows Server, AIX, Linux, vmware and platform services running on that.
Knowledge of relevant like network, security, database …
Expert knowledge server product.
Knowledge of DC – DR infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability leading a highly technical work team.
Excellent communication skills, written communication in the form of business and technical report writing.
Extensive experience in all aspects of the administration of operation platform, leading vendor solutions including infrastructure management
Extensive experience to troubleshooting and fix issues/errors on operation platform during operation
Extensive experience operation platform portfolio
Extensive experience gained on relevant systems, or equivalent experience.
