Senior Business Analyst - TA171 - CBS Project

• Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và tư vấn phát triển cho các thay đổi liên quan đến nghiệp vụ Corebanking của toàn hàng, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn trong các hệ thống CoreBanking và các hệ thống hỗ trợ khác liên quan.

• Chịu trách nhiệm thu thập, phân tích, chuẩn hóa và quản lý yêu cầu từ các đơn vị nghiệp vụ; đảm bảo yêu cầu bám sát quy định pháp luật, chính sách nội bộ và năng lực hệ thống.

• Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc với nhà cung cấp/đội kỹ thuật để chuyển yêu cầu thành giải pháp khả thi và triển khai thay đổi trên hệ thống

• Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ các đơn vị nghiệp vụ sử dụng sản phẩm

• Mentor and coach team members in analysis methodology, documentation standards, and best practices.
• Act as a backup or escalation point for complex analysis tasks within the team.

Educational qualifications: 

• Specialize in IT, Banking and Finance, MBA/Bachelor’s degree and above

Relevant Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in system analysis, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
• Experience with banking systems such as: Core banking: Transfer, Loan, Deposit,...; Integration System (middleware)
• Have experience writing documents such as:: BRD, URD...

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• 5-7 years’ experience in Software Development
• Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 4 years
