Job Description

  • Installment Portfolio Management: Monitor, analyze and optimize the customer portfolio using installment products to maximize profits and minimize risks.
  • Installment Program Development: Propose and implement installment programs suitable for each customer segment to promote revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Build periodic reports on the effectiveness of the installment portfolio, evaluate trends and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with departments such as Product, Business, Risk, Marketing to implement the installment portfolio development strategy.
  • Process & Policy Improvement: Evaluate and propose improvements in installment approval policies and processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitors to propose solutions to enhance the competitive advantage of installment products at VPBank.

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration and other equivalent majors.

2. Skills

  • English proficiency: Confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Problem-solving skills, keen business thinking.
  • Good communication and relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience in data analysis reporting is an advantage.

3. Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Banks/Financial Institutions;
  • Priority given to candidates with 01 year or more experience in the position of Product Portfolio Management Specialist or Credit Card Product Development Specialist.
