Assistant To Relationship Manager - FDIC - TA154

- Support RM/SRM with all task relating to customers, including and not limited to:

+ Guide, collect and keep legal documents, financial records, other documents and information of FDI customers.

+ Instruct FDI customers to open CIF / open an account to transact with VPbank.

+ Offer prices to customers related to: deposit interest, lending interest, FX prices ... after getting approval from competent authorities.

+ Guide customers to prepare contracts related to transactions with VPBank

+ Prepare financial and non-financial information of FDI customers and assist in drafting credit application to the customer.

+ Prepare disbursement proposal, other documents related to Customer's transactions at VPBank

+ Monitor interest and fees income related to customer’s transactions with VPBank

+ Complete other assigned tasks.

- Support FDI Head/Deputy/SRM/RM in the following jobs:

+ Weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports of FDI centers

+ Periodical deposit and loan forecast reports

+ Monthly/quarterly report to General Director

+ Other tasks assigned by FDI Head/Deputy/SRM/RM.

• Educational Qualifications
  + Graduate university and above level, majoring in Banking, Finance

  -Relevant Experience

  + Banking experience is a plus.

  Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
  + Basic knowledge of banking products, financial market products.

  + Use English and Japanese fluently in communication and writing.

  Skills
  + Good office computer skills (winword processing, excel spreadsheet processing, powerpoint)

  + Good relations and diplomacy skills
