1. Marketing Campaign Planning
- Collaborate with business owners to define marketing needs and budget.
- Develop detailed plans for marketing campaigns, including timeline, marketing channels, budget allocation, vendors, and expected outcomes.
2. Marketing Campaign Execution – Lead Acquisition
- Execute marketing campaigns for digital banking products to attract new customers, cross-sell products, and encourage customer engagement via digital banking platforms.
- Launch marketing initiatives on social media, e-commerce platforms, and partner digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and increase spending/usage among existing customers.
- Set up and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
3. Digital Advertising Management
- Run and manage ads and communication activities across digital platforms such as Facebook, Google, Email, Ad Networks, etc., to maximize communication effectiveness with potential customers.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Evaluate the communication and financial effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Work with tools and relevant teams/partners to monitor and track customer behavior, conversion rates, and analyze/report campaign and program performance.
5. Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc reports to support business and marketing activities.
6. Market Research
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends in the market.
7. Customer Data Collection and Analysis
- Use digital marketing tools (martech & adtech) to track and collect data such as digital footprints, customer information, and insights from marketing campaigns.
1. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from universities specializing in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Information Technology, etc.
- Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
2. Relevant Experience
- Proven track record in implementing and managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok, including store management, livestreaming, affiliate marketing, and creator network management.
- Solid knowledge of web and app analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Appsflyer, Firebase, etc.), with experience in digital footprint analysis, tracking, A/B testing, and user behavior tracking.
- Working knowledge of advertising tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Well-versed in emerging trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
- Creative mindset backed by analytical insights, capable of identifying new solutions and approaches.
3. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise
- In-depth understanding of marketing and digital marketing.
- Experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
- Stakeholder management: Ability to initiate and maintain effective collaboration across departments and with external partners to build alignment and influence outcomes.
